Apply 6" of the tacky glue to the bottom of the snowman, place the end of the jute in the glue and begin wrapping around the bottom ball of the snowman. Continue wrapping the jute, applying glue along the way to hold, until you reach the middle ball.
Cut three 18" pieces of the burlap. Wrap the burlap, applying glue along the way to hold, until the middle ball is completely covered. Trim off excess.
Cut 3 yards of jute and wrap overtop of the burlap, creating a crisscross pattern. Glue where needed.
Wrap the jute around the snowman's head, applying glue along the way to hold, until the head is completely covered
Glue the felt top hat using berry garland, pine roping, a burlap poinsettia stick and ribbon squares.
Cut an 18" piece of the 2-1/2" ribbon and tie around snowman's neck to finish.
