Project Instructions

  • 1
Place the watercolors into bowls and dilute heavily with water so the colors are not so intense.
  • 2
Fold a coffee filter into a triangle shape and dip the corners into the diluted watercolors. Repeat on different edges for milti-colored blooms. The filter will absorb the colors and create a pattern when unfolded.
  • 3
Let your colored coffee filters dry.
  • 4
Twist a chenille stem around the back center of the filter to create a stem.
  • 5
Cut one colored filter into four pieces and decoupage them onto the milk bottle for a colorful vase.
