Comic Covered Letters

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It’'s super hero comic book letters! Luckily, there are no super powers required to craft these fun comic book letters.

You don't have to be a superhero to post project pics either! #ACMooreInspired

Project Details

  • Level:ages 6 + up
  • Time:an hour + dry time

Project Instructions

  • 1
    Cut square and rectangle panels from the pages of your comic book, and put them aside. Paint each wood letter with the acrylic paint, let dry, and then put them aside.
  • 2
    Brush Mod Podge onto the back of the comic book panels and place them onto the letters, wrapping any parts of the panels around the edge of the letter. Continue until each letter is covered.
  • 3
    When the letter is covered your liking, brush the entire letter with Mod Podge and let dry.
