Project Instructions

  • 1
Download and print the project template. Cut the ornaments and star as instructed on the template. Accent each ornament and the star with Gold glitter glue and draw the numbers 1 to 24 on the ornaments with dimensional fabric paint. Let the glitter glue and the paint dry thoroughly.
  • 2
Tape the eight pieces of White copy paper together to make one big sheet and draw a half a tree on it -- no wider than 39". Then, cut out the shape. Fold the Kelly Green felt in half on the diagonal, making sure the points meet. Pin the pattern you drew onto the folded felt, matching the center edge to the fold, and cut out the shape. Cut out a 6" X 8" piece of Brown felt for the trunk. Use the sticky-back Velcro pieces to attach the trunk and tree to a wall.
  • 3
Attach the ornaments and star with Velcro.
