DecoArt Burlap Utensil Holder

Project Instructions

    Project time does not include drying time for the paint.

    Cut a 15 inch x 5 inch piece of burlap.
  • 3
    Place the chevron stencil about 4 inch from the bottom of the burlap rectangle and tape down the edges. Apply Buttermilk to stencil with a small stencil brush. (Tip: make sure to dab, rather than painting strokes.)

    Remove stencil.
  • 5
    Fold in bottom edge (about 5 inch) and hot glue the sides together.
  • 6
    Glue a small piece of string to the back and tie it around the front.
  • 7
    Stamp "Let's Eat" or other desired sentiment onto a simple tag. Punch a hole in the top of tag and tie it on to the string.
