Design Master Tintit ColorTool Storage Box & Milk Bottle
Customize a wood storage box in your favorite colors and restyle a milk bottle with a modern twist.
- Time:45 minutes
1Project time does not include drying time for neither the dye nor the spray paint.
Spray the bottom and sides of the wood box in 1 light coat of Coral Bright. Let dry and apply a second coat. When dry, turn right side up then spray the interior similarly. Using a scrap piece of paper, paper sand the painted surface to remove impurities caught in the spray and smooth the surface. A third coat of color can be applied if desired.
Mist the aged book pages with Sepia to instantly age their appearance. Cut to fit the exterior and interior on both ends of the box. Glue in place.
Cut the cardstock to fit the remaining interior sides and bottom. Glue in place.
From the aged book pages, cut daisy like shapes to enlarge and enhance some of the precut paper flowers. Glue together then glue in place on the exterior box ends.
3Milk Jar Vase:
Wash glass and let dry thoroughly. With tape, mask the top area of the vase. Ensure edge of tape is pressed securely down.
From about 12 inch, spray a light coat of Black Chrome in even parallel, back-and-forth strokes. The first coat will look transparent. Let dry. Then apply an additional 1-2 coats, drying between applications.
When dry, remove masking tape.
