Project Instructions

  • 1
Make a piece of Duck Tape fabric out of Cookie Dough and Mud Puddle. To make Duck Tape Fabric, lay a strip of Duck Tape, sticky side up, on your cutting board. Lay the next strip so it slightly overlaps the other. Continue until you have a piece that measures 1 strip wide and 4 inch long. Take it and turn it sideways so the strips are going left to right. Lay the next strips, sticky side down, going up and down so it is laying the opposite direction. Trim off any excess.
  • 2
Draw a simple leaf shape onto your Duck Tape fabrics from step 1.
  • 3
Cut out your leaf. Use this as your stencil for all your other leaves so that they will be the same.
  • 4
Repeat steps 1-3 to create more Duck Tape leaves.
  • 5
Use small pieces of Duck Tape to stick them together on the back.
  • 6
Continue taping the Duck Tape leaves together, alternating colors as you go, in a pattern until you reach desired length.
