Trim foam boards to 8" x 10". Cut five 9" x 11" pieces of fabric and one each of the following sizes: 6" x 9-1/2" (runs vertically with smooth side on right); 6-3/4" x 8" (runs vertically with smooth on bottom); 8" x 9-1/4" (runs horizontally with smooth side on bottom).
Place one 9" x 11" fabric piece, right side down, on work surface with one foam board centered on top. Starting at top center, wrap the fabric as you would wrap a present using glue to secure. You want the fabric tight but not stretched. Repeat to cover other four foam boards.
Fray (by pulling one thread at a time) edges of three pieces of fabric. Layer covered foam boards to arrange. Position frayed pieces on covered foam board, wrap 1/2" of one edge to back and glue to hold. (Optional: measure and cut five 7-3/4" x 9-3/4" felt pieces and glue them to the foam boards backs).
Use wire cutter to cut off prongs from all brads. Lightly spatter brads with Kona Brown by partially pressing nozzle and let dry.
Trim photos to desired size(s) and attach to foam boards. Glue brads on, then glue foam boards together in desired pattern.
For hangers on back, measure and mark 2" down from top and 3" in from each side, on outside of two top, outside panels. Slightly separate curved ends of one paper clip 1/4". On mark, glue bottom half of paper clip with single loop down, creating hanger loop with longer end of paper clip. Glue 2" square scrap felt, over glued end of paper clip. Repeat to attach other paper clip hanger.
