Eyeball and Pom Pom Lighted Wreath

1Wrap the ribbon around the Styrofoam ring, taping the ends to secure, and then wrap the lights, taping to secure as well.
2Following the instructions on the pompom maker to create different color and different size pompoms. You should end up with roughly twenty pompoms total.
3Tie the pompoms around the ring, starting with the largest pompoms. Create more pompoms to fill in empty spots, if needed, until the ring is full. Trim all the ends of yarn in the back of the ring
4Finish wreath by wrapping the spider where desired.
