Family Letters Wall Décor
Family always comes first. Show off that special bond your family has with this fun, family craft project using Nicole Crafts wood letters. Of course, you can spell out at any name you'd like, but we went with family for simplicity purposes.
Get all your brothers, sisters, parents, children -- everyone in the family -- to post finished project photos with the hashtag: #ACMooreInspired
- Time:few hours + dry time
1Trace: Draw around the edge of each letter on the back with a different colored cardstock.
2Paint: Apply desired color to the edges of the letters using coordinating colors, and then attach the paper to the letters using Mod Podge. Let everything dry.
3Ribbon & Trims: Cut five pieces of 10" x 1/2" piece of burlap ribbon. Wrap one piece around each letter but M and glue in place. For the letter M, cut five small petal pieces and a 1" diameter circle from burlap ribbon. Glue the pieces so that they form a flower and adhere to the letter. For all letters, cut various lengths from the colors of the crochet and rick rack trim listed in supplies. Glue to the letters as desired.
4Embellish: Use the stickers to spell out a few words that describe your family (we did Us and Perfect in Reindeer & Love in Cucumber) and attach to letters as desired. Place a few flower stickers on some of the letters.
