I haven’t been receiving my weekly emails from A.C. Moore, how do I start getting them again?
Unfortunately, since the launching of our new website, a certain percentage of our emails to customers are being blocked by internet providers because they are being incorrectly identified as spam.
Though we are doing everything we can to remedy this situation, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your weekly ads and coupons via email. So, we are now posting the coupons on the website along with the weekly sales circular. This way, if you do not receive our emails, you can access them directly.
Please use the A.C. Moore store locator function to find your local store. Enter your zip code, or city and state, and click “Go.” Once you see your local store’s address and phone number, you will see links to the weekly coupons and store specials. The “Coupon” link will take you to your coupons. The “Store Specials” link will take you to the weekly sales circular.
For those of you who are used to receiving A.C. Moore coupons via e-mail, rest assured that your email address has not been deleted from our list.
Over the past six months all of the major internet providers have teamed together along with an organization called Spamhaus to greatly reduce mail traffic through their IP’s by cracking down on bulk mail. Statistics show that approximately 80% of all internet mail is now blocked at the Internet Provider. We have been working with all of the providers to clear as much of our mail as possible but they can not even control all of the filtering that they now have in place.
We are currently seeing approximately 78% of our mail being delivered to our registered users. However, even though someone gets a piece of mail today, it does not guarantee they will get one tomorrow. There are thousands of variables for which they flag mail, the biggest being volume. The more you send the more you resemble a spammer.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however we are doing everything we can on our end. There are a few things you can do and we have listed them below.
1). To better your chances of receiving our emails, add ACMOORE@webologyml.net and ACMOORE@acmoore.info to your address book.
2). Make sure our emails are not landing in your junk mail folder.
3). You can also send a note to you internet provider saying that you are getting wanted email blocked from the following IP address 66.220.15.76. This will help to get us white listed with your provider.
How can I find the coupons and sales flyers on the website?
Please use the A.C. Moore store locator function to find your local store. Enter your zip code, or city and state, and click “Go.” Once you see your local store’s address and phone number, you will see links to the weekly coupons and store specials. The “Coupon” link will take you to your coupons. The “Store Specials” link will take you to the weekly sales circular.
Why don’t I receive A.C. Moore flyers in my local newspaper anymore?
The A.C. Moore flyer is no longer in your local newspaper due to changes in our marketing strategy. However, you can go to our website where we now post the weekly flyers and coupons each week.

If you do not have a computer, the next time you are in the store, please ask to speak to the manager on duty. Explain to the manager that you no longer receive the flyer and coupon in your local newspaper and that you do not have a computer. Ask the manager for a coupon and if you have any problem, ask him or her to call the Corporate Customer Service Manager, Faye S. Melvin-Brown at extension 304. The manager on duty will know the phone number of the corporate office.
How can I sign up to receive an A.C. Moore teacher discount?
To apply for a teacher discount card, please mail a copy of one of the following requirements to the address below.
Teacher Union Card
State Issued Teaching Certificate
Home Schooler Affidavit or IHIP approval letter from School District or your state
Home Schooling Certificate.
Please include your name, home phone number, and the address where the card should be mailed. Please also include the name of the school, the school address and phone number, and the name of the school principal.

My teacher discount card is old and faded, how do I get a new one?
To replace your faded or damaged teacher discount card, please mail your card to the following address so we can retrieve the information we need from it. A replacement card will be sent to you within 10 business days. Please include your name and contact information with the faded or damaged card.

I lost my A.C. Moore teacher discount card, how do I get a new one?
To replace a lost teacher discount card, please send the following information to the address below.
Your name, address, and phone number
The name of your school
The name of the school district where you teach
The name of the original documentation that you sent when you applied for the teacher discount card

My email address has changed, how do I change my contact information so I can still receive A.C. Moore weekly updates?
If you would like to change your contact information, please login to your A.C. Moore online account to update your account.
When you go to our website, look at the far upper right corner of any page. You should see an icon that says, “Welcome Your Name!” Simply click on your name to access your A.C. Moore online account. There, you will be able to update your account information.
If you do not see your name when you go to the website, you will see an icon that says, “Log In” in the same upper right corner. Click on “Log In” and you will be prompted to enter your email address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one. Once you are logged in, you will be able to click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders generally arrive four to eight business days from the time you placed your order. You can always check on the status of your order by accessing your A.C. Moore online account.

Once you see your account information page, scroll to the bottom of the page to view your “Order/Billing History.” Once your order ships, you will see a tracking number provided by the shipping agent. You can then track the package through the shipping agent’s website or 800 number.
If your order has not yet shipped, an Online Customer Service Agent will not be able to tell you when it will ship.
Does A.C. Moore Online ship internationally?
We are not set up for international registration or shipping. However, if you would like to receive our weekly emails or view our instructional videos, feel free to create an account using your street address and any U.S. state. Choose any U.S. state and simply enter any five-digit number as your zipcode.
If you will be visiting the U.S. to shop at an A.C. Moore store, you should also know that you can access the weekly circulars and coupons directly from our website. Please use the A.C. Moore store locator function to find the store where you will be shopping. Enter the city and state of the store and click “Go.” Once you see the store’s address and phone number, you will see links to the weekly coupons and store specials. The “Coupon” link will take you to the coupons. The “Store Specials” link will take you to the weekly sales circular.
Some international A.C. Moore customers choose to have their orders sent to friends or family living in the U.S. They can then re-ship your order to your international address. If that is the case, simply use your friend’s or family member’s U.S. address when you create your account.
