Arrange snowflake stamps on long stamping block, load with ink, and stamp repeatedly on the front of the lunch bags.
Using the Everywhere Punch Window System Circle, punch a window in the center of the front of each lunch bag.
Place a clear bag of treats inside the lunch bag so that the contents are visible through the window. (Tip: The lower the window on the lunch bag, the easier it is to see whats inside, especially if your treats want to settle to the bottom of the lunch bag.)
Fold the lunch bag top over, cover with topper. (See steps below on creating topper.)
To create lunch bag topper, cut coordinating Christmas-themed cardstock to pieces that are 5 inch by 4 inch. Fold in half so that the toppers are 5 inch long. Chose one snowflake to stamp on the Christmas-themed cardstock a few times. With the apron lace border punch, punch a border from Snowcap ardstock and adhere it under the Christmas-themed cardstock. Fold toppers over lunch bag tops.
Using the 1/4 inch circle hand punch, punch two holes in the top of the lunch bags and tie ribbon through the holes.
Stamp a scalloped snow design on Snowacap cardstock and punch out with the coordinating Extra Large Seal of Approval Squeeze Punch. Punch a hole on this piece and tie to the lunch bag with ribbon. Stick an adhesive rhinestone in the center of the tag.
