Fiskars New Year's Accordion Clocks
Add an easy, festive touch to your New Year's Eve party!
- Time:1 hour
1Make assorted accordion circles by cutting strips of Citrus Teal, Baby Blue, Lake Blue and Mediterranean cardstock one half the width of desired circle. Use scoring blade in your rotary trimmer to score each half inch.
2Accordion-fold along scored lines and repeat with enough strips adhered together to form a circle. Hot glue at center.
3Add number stickers at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 at the appropriate places to each clock. Do two clocks in Black and do two clocks in White.
4To create clock hands, trim a 3 inch square of Snowcap cardstock and punch one corner with the Romantique or Lace corner punch. Using your trimmer, cut from the opposite corner to the design without cutting through. Repeat on other side, trim off excess, and adhere to center of circle along with a shorter version. Repeat for second clock with White clock hands and numbers.
5Repeat step 4, this time using Midnight cardstock, for the other clocks.
6Hang with clear cord.
