Punch a butterfly out of Pink cardstock.
Adhere to straw with a Glue Dot.
Using paper roll, craft mat, ruler and rotary cutter, cut a long strip of paper to fit down the table.
Punch the hearts border punch along the edges of the runner.
Cut out X's from Primary Red cardstock and O's from Pink cardstock. Either scatter them randomly along the runner or adhere them to the runner in desired locations.3Place Settings:

Cut five X's from the Primary Red cardstock and five O's from the Pink cardstock for each place setting.
Place the cutouts on each placemat with a game half played, so that guests can either finish the game or start a new one.
Trace the largest heart embosser possible that fits completely on your napkin with a pencil.
Cut out right inside the line with scissors being sure to overlap the folded edge.
Gently fold the napkin and cut two slits with scissors to create the slots to slide in the cutlery. (Tip: use a Red napkin with the Pink cutlery and a Pink napkin with the Red cutlery.)
Cut a small triangle in the color of cutlery being used and adhere at the end of the cutlery with a Glue Dot to create cupid's arrow.
