FloraCraft Happy Easter Sign
Consider showing your appreciation for one of the spring holidays in a new way this year by making the FloraCraft Happy Easter Sign!
- Time:1 hour
1Project time does not include the drying time for the paint.
2Paint two eggs Daffodil Yellow, two eggs Green, two eggs Baby Pink, two eggs Calypso Sky and three eggs Purple Lilac. Let dry. Thread 5 of the eggs (one of each color) onto a White chenille stem leaving an equal length of stem at either end. Place alphabet stickers in place spelling HAPPY, like shown, and secure with pins. Thread the last 6 eggs onto another stem. Pin on the alphabet stickers spelling EASTER.
3Cut the dowels to 12 inch and spray paint them Holiday Green. Let dry. Spray the discs Holiday Green, being sure to keep the can 12 inch away. Spray light coats and let each coat dry before applying the next. Use the serrated knife to cut the ball in half. Spray the rounded side of each half Fuchsia Bright and let dry. Glue a half ball to the center of each disc. Glue the dowels into the centers of each half ball. Glue a Pink pom pom to the top of each dowel. Pin a piece of Kelly Green feather boa around the outside edge of each disc. Trim off excess.
4Attach the Happy Easter strands to the dowel posts by wrapping the White chenille stem ends around the dowels. Cut two lengths of Yellow curling ribbon and tie around the posts above the sign.
