1Cut the burlap chevron sheets into enough strips that will cover the wreath. You may want to cut each sheet in half first. Glue the end of a piece of the chevron burlap sheet to the back of the extruded ring. Begin wrapping it around, slightly overlapping each wrap and glue each end to secure in place. Repeat this step, making sure your chevron pattern lines up as closely as possible, until you have completely covered the front of the wreath.
2Cut six pennant flags from 3" lengths of burlap garland. Glue the pennants together along the top edge in pairs of two. Use the dimensional fabric paint to write BOO on the three pennant flags. Let dry.
3Cut a length of jute that matches the diameter of the wreath and glue across to the top portion of the wreath as shown. Glue a button to each end of the jute where it attaches to the wreath. Glue the three pennants to the jute as shown.
4Cut a 12" length of the chevron burlap and squish the center to create the look of a tight knot at the center. Trim the ends to the length you want and pull a few strands from the ends of the burlap to fray the edges. Glue the bow to the top of the wreath.
