I made this bookmark using my Cricut. The scalloped circle is from Celebrations and the flowers are from George. I got the jumbo paper clips at Staples.

I'm a big reader so I love bookmarks. I just made some Twilight bookmarks too.

I love it. I'm an avid reader as well, love making bookmarks. I bought the paper clips but haven't done anything with them yet. Yes, please tell us what you used as an adhesive. thanks.

Thank you ladies. I'm glad you liked them. I'm making some more today.

I cut out 2 scalloped circles. For one I got laminating paper. I put the laminating paper on one sheet of paper and cut that with my cricut, so the whole thing would be sticky. You can run it through a Xyron instead but I have the small one and the circle was too big. I cut out 4 flowers with my cricut-2 for each side. I cut out a small rectangle of double sided paper and folded it over the top of the clip. Where the two halves of the paper met I put a glue dot, just to reinforce it. I glued the flowers to the circles and then I put a scalloped circle on each side of the clip and removed the backing from the circle that had the sticky sheet laminated sheet on it and stuck the two circles back to back with the clip inside the two circles. I added a rhinestone to each side in the center of the flowers.

I hope that's not too confusing. If it's confusing I'll take step by step pictures while I'm making one.

yorkscrapper, you are going to be so surprised by how much you will useyour cricut for. My son has a project on California so we'll be using it for that when he gets home.
