I am searching for plastic canvas patterns of trains...steam or diesel locomotives and also cabooses...in a size suitable for Christmas tree ornaments or magnets. Either flat or 3-D would be OK. Hope someone can help me.

Thanks,

Hi Lin, My name is Denise or as I am called on the forum countrygirl.
Gee, I wish my plastic canvas books weren't packed up. I have so many & I know that I have one for a train. Can't remember what it looked like, but I remember seeing one, but that isn't going to help you.
What I can suggest is go on google & look up free plastic canvas patterns for trains. I'll try to see what I can find for you.
Also, I am so happy that someone is from Lynchburg. At the moment I live in Pa, but this past January, my hubby & I were in Lynchburg & we almost bought a home there, but the sale on our home fell through. I have family in Roanoke & we have been looking for homes between Lynchburg, Roanoke & Blacksburg. We are definitely moving, but don't know when.
Maybe when I finally get down there, maybe we can meet. happy

Did you ever find the patterns you wanted? My mom has some old pattern books and I can check next weekend when we visit.
