Well, I made the potato salad for my daughter's outdoor party. I doubt it will happen. RAIN, RAIN, RAIN, AND MORE RAIN. Right now we are on severe thunderstorm watch. Lightening has struck several homes in surrounding towns, flooding everywhere, and heaven knows what else. We are getting pounded with bad weather.
I still have to make the chocolate cream pie for my daughter. And the banana bread for my DIL. And right now I am doing laundry. I have no holiday feelings at this moment. All I can see is RAIN, RAIN, RAIN, AND MORE RAIN.

It's bad here too, Addie. Hope it stops long enough for the scheduled fireworks display in Albany. Anyway....Happy Independence Day, Peeps!
