What is the Rewards Card?

The AC Moore Rewards card is a way for our loyal customers to reap benefits from shopping with us.

Features of the card include:

* A.C. Moore Rewards is a free program

Get Points:
* Get 1 point for every $1 of merchandise you purchase
* Get points every time you shop at all A.C. Moore retail locations
* Get double points on purchases of $100 or more
* Get bonus points during special promotions

Earn Rewards:
* You will receive a $10 reward certificate when you earn 200 points
* Reward certificates will be sent to you by mail (certificates are mailed monthly)
* There's no limit to the amount of points and rewards you can accrue

Enjoy Extras:
* Advance notice of exclusive offers and store events
* Updates on new products, classes, and more
* An exclusive website to view your account and track your rewards

How do I register my Rewards Card?


All stores have enrollment forms to help you register your rewards card. If you prefer, you can register your card online at: http://www.acmoorerewards.com

If that doesn't work, go to http://acmoore.instorecard.com/cp/login.aspx, or you can follow one of the links to the rewards website at www.acmoore.com

There is no way for Forum Admin to help you register for the Rewards Program.

I made a purchase but my points have not shown up...

Points show up within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.

Remember, you must present your membership card or key tag at the time of purchase to receive points.

I made a purchase and used a Bonus Points Coupon, I got the points but not the bonus...

Typically it takes an additional 4-5 days for bonus points to post to your account AFTER your points earned on the transaction have been posted. For example – if you make a $50 purchase on Monday, your points should post by Wednesday or Thursday. Any bonus points earned in that transaction likely won’t post until the following Monday.

What is the Birthday Bonus ?

We are mailing coupons to customers during the month of their birthday. These are only sent to customers who provided their birth date during registration AND have previously made a purchase with their card.

Can I use the Rewards Card in combination with my Teacher Card?

Yes – the Rewards Card can be used in conjunction with the Teachers Card.

Are there any restrictions on purchases I will get points for?

You can earn points on all purchases in the store (except for classes, gift cards, sales tax). Cricut / Slice /YUDU products are eligible to earn points, but they are not eligible for double points. So if you buy a $300 Cricut machine, you will earn 300 points.

How long does it take to get the $10 Reward Certificate?

Reward Certificates are mailed monthly to any customer who has accumulated more than 200 points by the last day of the prior month. Certificates are typically mailed by the 4th or 5th day of a month. All certificates are valid until the last day of the next month (i.e. certificates received in July are good until August 31st).

If I forget my card can I bring my receipt in to get points?

Unfortunately, once you have completed a transaction, there is no way to earn points for those items. The cashier can scan your card at any time during the transaction (prior to payment) for a customer to receive points. If you have forgotten your card, you can use the phone number you registered with as an alternative to your rewards card.

Are there restrictions on what I can use the Rewards Certificate for?

There are no restrictions on using the $10 rewards certificates – they can be used to purchase anything in the store (except for gift cards) and they can be used in conjunction with any coupons you may have. The only restriction on the reward certificates is that the entire $10 benefit must be used in one transaction, no value is carried over. Customers are limited to one reward certificate per transaction.
