I want to make potholders what can I use for padding? I have looked for the padding that you put in store bought one but can not find any.

At my J's store they sell the silver batted stuff that is for heat proofing. I hide it between my fabrics so no one can see the ugly silver!

Wool felt, cotton fleece, make sure it is only natural fibers or it will melt w/ heat.
