I just checked my statement and they deducted points from my account? I am not sure why or who I have to contact to get my points back you are talking over 600 points???think

I got this response:

Points are deducted from your account when your rewards certificate prints. If you see a reduction in points, you can expect a rewards certificate to arrive within the next two weeks.
