ACM seems to only carry certain items and some of the newer products from the brands/lines don't make it to the store.

example: Fiskars put out some new shape templates but they never made the store.

I would ask the store. Maybe they can order them if there's a demand. Also look on-line. You have to pay for shipping but if you can't find it locally it's another option.

Do you mean that other stores have them and ACM doesn't? Some items are features for other retail chains and will not be sold in other chains. Fiskars is one company in particular that often makes items exclusively for certain chains. I know b/c I recently went looking for their Breast Cancer Awareness scissors and they were only sold at another chain. Sometimes new products are featured at a chain for a while and then released to all chains.

It also might depend on the size of the store as to what they can carry. We only have two ACMs in Delaware - and none in the county I live in - and the state only has three counties - but I digress - the one in Wilmington is much larger than the one in Dover so can carry more items. Maybe they can put one in Sussex County that puts all the rest to shame!

Thanks. I'll have to ask the next time I'm in the store. I would like to be able to buy without paying shipping

No NO NO ..... there needs to be a new ACM store in the Atlanta area!!! I really miss the one I went to on a VERY regular basis in Jacksonville, and the other one there that is still open is very far off the beaten path for me when I am in Jax. It is hard to believe that an area as large as Atlanta and its surrounding area does not have an ACM. I have to drive 25=35 miles to a Js or Ms or an HL store , and they are one or 2 counties over.

I know what you mean, it is an awesome new store but I had to call for directions!
