I finished a new quilt today, made specifically to donate for a door prize at my 40th year class reunion from Rickards High in Tallahassee, Florida next weekend. Since we were big fans of Florida State University there, I made it from some FSU fabric and batiks in garnet and gold (the school colors) with black accents. It's twin bed size. My classmate that won the quilt in the doorprize drawing just called me to thank me for the quilt and to tell me how much she loved it. Both of her children graduated from Florida State, so she especially appreciated it. Thanks for all the responses.
