Another 80 degree day here yesterday and I just can't get into that autumn like feeling as shown here... My beadwork with Tom Heath, SanctuaryGlass's shell focal. This upcoming week is suppose to remain in the 60's so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll move out of my summer like mood and fit in with the world around me. Wait a minute, I live in Virginia Beach. We are known to wear flip flops and shorts in December. Maybe there's hope for me come January and Feburary.

Beautiful, as usual. I really like the clasp. No choice here but to "think autumn." Chilly air and leaves down everywhere!

How pretty!!! Light pinks like that work nice with winter-white outfits. And we here in Pennsylvania can also wear flip flops and shorts in December. If we turn the heat up in the house to about 85 degrees.

LOL @ Naztazia By the way...the necklace is lovely. It reminds me of Spring and Summer...and that's a good thing, seeing what I'll be facing the next three or four months!

Thank you for the sweet comments ladies. I walked out onto the deck this morning to let the dogs do their morning duties and was rudely hit by a brisk cool over powering burst of cooler air than my body could get any kind of enjoyment from. I think Fall has arrived. I'll have to enjoy it today with the high temp reaching 52 degrees. Back to the 70's for the weekend. I'd love to take today and enjoy the cooler temps by beading up something more fall like than I've been working on. I don't think I'll have the time though. Hubby is wanting to winterize the jet skis and get the four wheelers running strong from sitting most of the summer. I think this is his toy change up weekend. I sort of feel like adding to following pic with a necklace or earrings in the same color combo... Maybe I'll even work something up more like this with some fall colors... Or maybe I should just jump into the more Christmas feel of things.. Okay, I'm finished highjacking my own thread. I'm just so excited to have a little cooler Fall like weather that I'm just beside myself. Off to help the hubby out a bit and then maybe work on some inspired fall pieces.

The first bracelet definitely says "fall." It looks like Indian corn. Coordinating earrings would make a nice set. The copper-y tones of the set in your 2nd photo also have a fall feel, especially with the leaf clasp. All very nice!

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. Can you believe that yesterday was another 70 degree beautiful day. The sun and deck were calling my name right before settling into fixing dinner. I finished up another necklace in the Beaded Coral Series... I'm so trying to more on and out of this summer like beadwork. This evening the reminents from hurricane Ida start rolling in. This is suppose to lead us into a big change over temp wise. I'm holding my breath for some fall like temps.
