I went to ac moore in concord nc. was told they would only have carts they have now no new ones. this can't be so can it.

Hi rache and welcome. I hope this isn't true. I can't see AC Moore not carrying cricut carts. I'm sure if Admin Lady sees this she will respond.

Unfortunately, the store help is not always the most "helpful". Were you looking for something on sale, or a particular cart that they didn't have? If yes, ask for a raincheck!
I happened into a local store earlier this year and found an item I wanted on a fabulous sale. They said they didn't have any in stock so I asked for a raincheck. It took about 3 months and many phone calls and then an e-mail to ACM to finally get it, but I did.

I was told one store in that area is an outlet store, the other will carry the full line of merchandise.

The outlet store is the old store. It just has leftover stuff from prior to new store opening. got a call yesterday that the new carts were in and I picked them up today. Apparently not all the employees are familiar with the Cricut supples. I can understand that.
