I love this site. It just keeps going on and on.
I finished the matching hat with the blue and silver thread and white fur yarn. It is for my great granddaughter. Now I have started the head band with two colors for her. Two threads together. white and royal blue fun fur. After the first of January,I am going to plan a trip to ACM in Somerville. I need a couple of packages of disposable pastry bags. And Sunday is The Pirates birthday. He will be 47. I already have all the dry ingredients mixed together for the Death Cake. Just have to add the wet and put the cake in the oven. He is going to take it to his friend's house and they will eat it while they are watching football. His friend is going to cook dinner for them.
I sent some of the pumpkin oatmeal with cranberries cookies to his friend. They lasted about an hour. He wants to adopt me as his mother.

even though these are not crocheted, I made both of these today for a friend. She loves snowmen and is a Patriot fan -- even though we live in Steeler country. It's Not The Destination, It's The Journey.

If she is a Patriots fan, she is my kind of person!
When I went to visit my friend in Georgia for Thanksgiving, I brought her daughter (a big Patriots fan!) a bobble head of Tom Brady, a sleep shirt and hat with Pat The Patriot on them. That is the old logo.

I am currently finishing up old projects that were pushed aside due to my "scarf crocheting" frenzy. I have two afghans to finish and I am working on a scarf for myself made from Red Heart Fiesta yarn. will look great with the knitted cap my husband gave me for Christmas.

My Great granddaughter received an American Doll for Christmas. So I am making matching headbands for her and her doll with the fun fur. This Spring, the girls in her school and neighborhood have a dolly and me luncheon. They match dresses and outfits with their doll. Making a small head band for a doll is not as easy as it would seem.

I took an old scrub top apart and I am going to try to make one. Don't know if this will work, but what the hey. Our company changed the name and we had our name on our scrub top. It is no good anyway, why not try it, right? We can wear whatever scrub top on Fridays. Wish me luck.

Sounds like fun! A crochet top? Very cool to have the "perfect" pattern!

Well since the beading forum is very slow and this is crocheted, in beads. I finished these this past weekend while we were living through our Winter Wonderland snow storm with the after effects are still holding. Oh, I had a little trouble getting the needle through one of my stitches and I gave it a little extra push. I now have a size 10 crochet hook hole in my finger. Yes, really.

Those crocheted beaded bracelets are sooooooooooo pretty! Bummer about your finger. I always wonder if I could be identified by my fingerprints anymore. Between all the picks from sewing, burns from hot glue guns, pokes and bumps from the needles/hooks, it has to be nearly impossible.

I still have the scars caused by the four large double pointed needles in my backside from when I sat down on them. I don't need any enemies. I have myself.
