Do not open e-mail message saying UPS shipment cannot be delivered. The message contains an attachment reportedly containing a waybill for the shipment to be picked up. This e-mail attachment actually contains a virus. Delete it immediately. According to UPS they rarely send notification and even rarer still an attachment. If in doubt contact UPS at customerservice@ups.com
