Sometimes if you are VERY patient they go to $29.99 and REMEMBER ACM honors sales at other stores.

Hey Trouble is 58.99 a good price for Life's a beach?
That is what the website that scrapnut had on it.
If so, I may have to go for it.
Where do you get them cheaper and how do you get coupons to use on them?
Come on Trouble, you got me started now~~

I wouldn't pay that much for a cart. I usually wait for ACM or the other store to put them on sale for 49.99 (or less). I haven't seen a store (chain stores) that don't exclude cartridges on their coupons unless you have different chain stores around you that I don't have. So I wait for sales.

I just bought 4 carts yesterday off of ebay for 28.00 or less each. I hope that was a good price. I only wanted the Indie cart which was one of them and I also got the baby bug for a friend with george cart for 107.00 that purchase made me nervous.

They sound like good prices to me. I don't have any of the solution carts so I don't even know what the regular price is for them. That's a great gift for your friend.

scrap4you, you got a good deal. My husband got my baby bug on black Friday a couple of years ago for 119.00. What other carts did you get?

Why doesn't Cricut let you use coupons at AC Moores

I have to get the Life's a Beach cartridge. My daughter had a Luau Birthday Party and these die cuts would be perfect for her album.happy

Actually, I don't think it's ProvoCraft doing that. I think it's the individual stores. ACM and M's won't let you use a coupon on anything Cricut. But J's only excludes the machine and carts. You can still use it on mats and accessories. I don't see the big deal myself. If we could use them on the carts (maybe not even the machines) people would buy the carts more often rather than waiting for a sale.

Maybe they'll figure out sooner or later that people won't pay the regular price. Or maybe enough people are so they don't feel they have to offer discounts. It will be interesting what this year will show with the economy the way it is.

I really like this one, too. I'm on the fence about Ashlynn's Alphabet. Not really thrilled with the rest. I did hear that they are making one from DC Comics! That one is going to be soooooo cool if they make it.

On the PC site there's one on the front page, but I can't find it anywhere. It's called Splish Splash. I'd LOVE to see what that one looks like.

I heard too that they are coming out with 25 new ones total this year.

I just found out what Splish Splash is. I thought it was a separate cartrdige for the cricut, but it's not. It's on the Kitchen and Bath solutions cartridge. Oh well, that will be one less cart that I buy. I'm not that fond of the solution cartridges.

The solutions cartridges are "mini" cartridges. They don't have all of the creative features as a "full" cart, they are cheaper and they don't come in a box. They only come with the cart and the keypad overlay.

I am not sure if it is appropriate to post this, but I got an e-mail from hallmarkscrapbook.com that shows previews of what will be on the new carts.
