I've already emailed customer service but was curious if it was just a glitch in my account. It was the week of 9/4 you got 50 bonus points for spending $25 or more. The coupon was in the circular.

I emailed customer service but no answer yet. Its been 21 days since the purchase other points have not taken this much time.

They researched it and fixed my account. Sometimes its a week or so but other times it's just a glitch and it needs to be fixed. They are great about responding to inquiries. Pl blanketeer, send status check.
