I know it's early but I figured we could start thinking of options for swaps in 2010. Do you like the postcard swaps? Should we keep them up once a month? If we do, any themes you would like to see? How about inchie swaps? Inchies are little 1 inch square pieces of art. A quick Google search will give you a bunch of examples and here is a good blog: http://inchiearts.typepad.com/Inchies are quick and easy and since they are small, very little postage!

the postcard swap was fun - and with only one made really pretty easy. I would like to see that continue.
Inchies??? I've never done them, but then I did do an ATC which I'd never done before.

I really liked the postcards. I went to a art shop and had them cut me down some board to size. I am good for at least 6 months.

I like the postcard swaps...probably because I like "altered art"...and the image swap was fun. I just can't commit myself to something that I'll feel compelled to spend a large amount of time on...not that I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time on a project to swap...it's just that I can't do something like that for more than one or two items. I don't have the time....lol.

Postcards are a challenge. (themes: All about yourself, states, countries, "4 elements" earth, fire, wind water, movies or books) That's it for now. I'm game for inchies, tags, roledex cards. I'll keep thinking.

I liked the idea of books and movies - how about your favorite things. A year of them.
Favorite book Favorite movie Favorite Pet Favortie Season Favorite Color Favorite Song Your State (City or Town) Your Favorite Day of the Week Favorite Holiday Use your favorite Craft Tool
Next year sounds like it can be lots of fun - just like this one

Great suggestions! Will we be brave enough to have both a postcard and inchie swap each month?

Well, I'll keep the hubby! Water and crackers - nope. Cheese and crackers with a nice wine maybe!
Quit the job - love the idea - LOL (Oh, but then I wouldn't be able to afford to craft, craft, craft)

I have enjoyed all the swaps and challenge I have been in, and would love to do it agian next year. Holidays are hard for me because that is usually my family time (so I fight the urge to go into my scrap room). Whatever theme is select I will be willing to try.
