Hello all, I was handed a flyer with my recent yarn purchase at one of your stores tonight. I was told if there is any of the patterns I would like to simply goto AC Moore site and would be able to get them. HA... None of them seem to be found on ACM site or Lion Brand site? Whats Up? Why the who ad then? There is 7 of the patterns that I am intereted in viewing further how do I go about doing this? It even states at the TOP of the flyer " for these free patterns visit ACMoore.com". So how, where, any help would be appreciated!
Frustradedly Yours, John

That is where I went to no avail! I also went directly to Lion Brands Site, NO HELP either! It is a Full Color 8 X 11 add about "Lion Brand Yarn Week" Here are some of the pattern #s that are listed, but do not come up: LB#90239, LB#80962, LB#80752, LB#90325, LB#80690 and LB#80879. Any help would be appreciated, the flyer is all about promoting their Lion Brand yarn sale. Thanks, John

Hi John, I tried the one on the homepage of acmoore.com and found all but two of the patterns you listed. I typed the number, like 80962 or 80752. The two I couldn't find was 90239 and 90325. I'll see if I can do more research on those last two. Here's the link: http://acmoore.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/patternFinder.fcgi

LB#80962 http://acmoore.lionbrand.com/patterns/80962AD.htmlI've made this scarf - used Lion Suede (takes 3 skeins) - they are absolutely beautiful. It is so soft and keeps your neck toasty warm. This is a pattern that you need to use a thick yarn. I have received many compliments on this pattern and have made 5 of them for gifts.

I bet that scarf looks great with Lion Suede. Just a few days ago I went to a really fancy boutique (just looking, no purchasing). I was looking at the winter scarves and noticed a few trends. More than half of them were crocheted and not knitted. They used mostly elongated shell-like stitches without too many holes (like a tigher shell stitch). And the second was that many of the scarves used a Lion Brand suede-like yarn as well as Lion Brand Chenille Thick & Quick type yarn. Not cashmere, not angora, not wool, etc. And they indeed were very soft, pretty and quite warm. And expensive.
