Project Instructions

  • 1
Note: You will need about 20 corks for each coaster and 35 corks for the trivet.
  • 2
    Cut a 2-¾”" x 3-¼"” piece of cork roll for each coaster and/or a 4”" x 4-¼"” piece for the trivet.
  • 3
Glue the corks onto the piece of cork roll -- the cork roll should not reach all the way to the edges of the corks, so start gluing the first row of corks slightly off the cork roll. Make sure you glue each cork to both the cork piece and to the corks around it. Let the glue set.
  • 4
Brush the distressed ink over the cork coaster(s) and/or trivet, brush with varnish, and let dry.
