Project Instructions

  • 1
    Turn plaque face down on cardstock, trace around it, and cut out the shape.
  • 2
    Paint the edge of the plaque and let dry.
  • 3
    Apply Mod Podge to the surface of the plaque and attach decorative cardstock. Let it dry completely.
  • 4
    Apply a generous amount of Quick Grip to the bottoms of jars and attach them to the plaque.
