Project Instructions

  • 1
    Project time does not include drying time for the dimensional fabric paint.
    Download and print project template before starting project.

    Use pencil to trace cat pattern onto freezer paper.
  • 3
    Cut out cat with craft knife to create stencil. Cut out eyes and set aside.
  • 4
    Iron stencil in place on t-shirt. Place cut out eyes as shown and iron in place.

    Insert Fashion Form or piece of cardboard into layers of t-shirt.
  • 6
    Pour puddle of Ebony on palette and sponge into stencil openings. Sponge Glacier White into moon. Let dry.

    Remove eye stencils and paint in with Glacier White. Let dry.
  • 8
    Paint Sunshine Yellow in moon and eyes over Glacier White. Let dry.
  • 9
    Use back end of paintbrush dipped in Ebony to dab iris in eye. Let dry.
  • 10
    Dip brush in Ebony, brush excess paint on paper towel and dry brush lightly across the moon. Let dry.
  • 11
    Use Black marker to draw fur standing up on cat’s body and tail. Let dry.
