- Time:2 hours
1Remove beads from packaging and select beads to be used in necklace. There are about 25 beads in this design. Separate beads to be used in necklace and for the earrings.
Arrange selected beads in a desired pattern, making two rows of beads. One row of a mix of rondelles, the other of beads picked from the Hollywood Chic and Hawaiian Beach packets. Using 2 inch pin head and cutting pliers cut the flat part of the pin head off. With round nose pliers, starting at an end, roll one end into a circle. Place bead on wire. Cut wire on top of bead, leaving ample room to roll circle on the other end. Repeat this step until all beads have wire through them.
Open jump ring at cut with flat pliers and round nose pliers, lightly pull in opposing direction. Repeat this on both sides of the bead to get jump ring through one hole, linking beads together.
To make accent dangle from beads on the chain, use pinhead (without cutting flat part off) and place a small bead on, followed by a larger bead. Cut excess metal off and roll as in previous step. Attach using jump ring.
Cut two pieces of the curb chain about 8 inch long each. These pieces can be cut shorter or longer depending on desired length. Link the clasp together (came with chain).
Cut another piece of the curb chain about 9 inch long. Using jump rings, link the chain to each end of the bead chain.
Cut diamond link chain about 12 inch long. Using jump ring link to one end of the bead chain. Guide chain around the out side of the necklace and find the center of the bead chain. Loop chain around center twice, going back around the outside and link to the top of the opposite end of the bead chain.
Select two beads for each earring, making four beads total.
Cut the curb chain, about three links.
With the two beads, use 2 inch pin head and cutting pliers cut the flat part of the pin head off.
With round nose pliers, starting at an end, roll one end into a circle.
Place bead on wire.
Cut wire on top of bead, leaving ample room to roll circle on the other end.
Repeat till all four beads have wire through them.
Link beads to curb chain by opening the pre-cut on link, placing bead loop through and closing. Repeat till all beads have been linked.
Cut all chain used at an equal length, not exceeding length of beads. Using 1 piece of rhinestone chain and four pieces of chain for one earring.
Put all pieces of chain on a jump ring and then place the earring hook on the jump ring and close.
