Lion Brand Scarfie Effortless Hat & Cowl
Keep warm when the temperature drops by easily crocheting this dreamy hat and cowl combo from soft, lofty ombré Scarfie yarn.
Use a gauge of 11 sc + 16 rows & 11 dc + 6 rows (about 4) to crochet a hat that has a finished circumference of about 19 as well as a finished height of about 13 and a cowl that has a finished circumference of about 38 as well as a finished height of about 7-1/2. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your gauge swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
Crochet, snap a pic, and share it using #ACMooreInspired.
