No baking required on this little indulgence! (REALLY!) Just pipe this simple chocolate-mousse style recipe from Make'n Mold into pre-made dessert cups and you're ready to enjoy! Choose your favorite color of candy melt or use a rainbow of colors!
- Time:about half hour
1Preparation: Melt about 3 oz. of desired color(s) of candy wafers in bowl(s). Allow to cool slightly. Whisk or mix one cup heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold the whisked or mixed cream and melted candy wafers together, just until the color is throughout the cream. Then use the spatula to immediately spoon cream into piping bag with star tip. Pipe colored cream into pre-made dessert cups and sprinkle with desired color(s) of candy shred.
2Refrigerate: Chill until ready to serve.
