"Clearly, we need to set some rules" about making projects related to Minions. Stick to supplies that aren't so despicable -- and ones that are yellow, black, brown and white. Do that and "Everything is going to be fine." And fun too!

1Make Eye: Remove the plastic curl from one side of the visor so the visor lays straight. Remove the insert from the mason jar lid. Trace the insert onto White foam and cut out. Use the Elmers glue to adhere this circle to the insert. Cut a 1-1/4 inch diameter circle from Dark Brown foam and use Elmers glue to adhere it to the center of the White foam circle you cut earlier. Cut a 1/2 inch diameter Black foam circle and adhere it with Elmers to the center of the Brown and White foam circle you created earlier in this step. To make the eye look more realistic, make lines with the marker on the Dark Brown foam circle radiating out from the Black circle. Use Elmers to glue the eye into the lid but not all the way in. Let the glue set.
2Add Hair: With the paper punch, make a dozen holes scattered across the back of the visor. For each hole, cut a 3 inch piece of chenille stem. Place one piece of chenille stem into one hole. Twist the stem underneath and push it flat against the visor. Repeat with the other pieces of chenille stem to create hair. When you are all done, cover the twisted parts underneath the visor with tape. Straighten the stems on the top of the visor.
3Add Eyebrows: Cut two pieces of Black foam that are 6-1/2 x 1-3/8 inch each. Use the Elmers to attach these pieces onto the visor on an angle. Use Quick Grip to glue the eye onto the center of the visor over the Black foam strips. Let the glue set completely. Note: This might take overnight. When all the glue is set, trim the black foam pieces even with the visor and replace the plastic curl on the one side.
