Multi-Colored Bottle Brush Trees

Create a shimmering, textured forest of vintage-look bottle brush trees as a perfect focal point or accent to your holiday décor.

Project Instructions

    Drill a small hole in each wood cube. Then, paint the various sizes of wood cubes using the Gold and Silver metallic paint and set them aside to dry.

    Spray trees in desired colors of Glimmer Mist, then let dry.
  • 3
    Follow the instructions on the Gold leaf adhesive and apply to each wood block. Allow to dry, and then follow the instructions for applying the Silver and Gold leaf to the matching color wood cube. Cover all sides of the blocks, and then apply the sealer. Let the wood cubes dry completely.

    Remove trees from stands with the wire cutters and hot glue 18 gauge craft wire along the side of the tree trunk. Wrap the trunk with the 22 gauge or 24 gauge craft wire.

    Cut tree wire to desired length and hot glue them into the holes in the wood cubes.
