Nicole Crafts Bat Deco Mesh Wreath
This project combines some of Nicole Crafts' newest products (deco mesh and fabric bats) with some old standards (ribbon and floral pins) to create a wreath that leaves little doubt you want trick-or-treaters coming to your door.
- Time:3 hours
1Wrap straw wreath with satin ribbon, gluing ends to secure.
2Cut 14, foot wide (12 inch) pieces of each mesh using rulers, rotary cutter and mat, for a total of 28 pieces. Make sure the mesh lies straight before cutting.
3Take one Orange mesh piece and roll tightly on one long end. Wrap rolled mesh around ribbon-covered wreath. Push floral pins into each side of rolled mesh to secure. Repeat with striped mesh piece, alternating between colors until covered.
4Cut 16 inch pieces of Halloween ribbon. Trim ends into V shapes. Fold ribbons in half and attach randomly to wreath with floral pins.
5Make a multi-loop bow using three ribbons. Secure with wire. Trim ends and wire bow to wreath.
6Hot glue bats to wreath as desired.
