Cut mitten shapes from the Red foam. Cut two arm shapes from the White foam, cutting a tiny slit about halfway down the arm about where the elbow would be. (Use photo, as needed, for a guide).
Insert the tapered end of the foam arm between the mitten and glue together. Repeat for the opposite hand. Glue the arms to the snowman, making sure glittered sides are showing.
Push two 12 mm solid Black eyes into the face for eyes. Push 6 mm solid Black eyes into the face for the mouth. (They can also be glued.) Glue on the nose and the shovel to one of the mittens.
Cut an 18" piece of Christmas ribbon. Fold it in half and then in half again for the scarf. Tie the scarf around neck and glue to secure.
Glue the hat to the top of the head. Glue Red ribbon around the hat and trim any excess. Cut two 1/2" diamond shape Green glitter foam pieces to create holly leaves. Punch out three Red glitter foam dots. Glue holly leaves to the hat and attach Red berry dots.
