  • Time:1 hour

Project Instructions

  • 1
To make a tissue paper flower, take one piece of tissue and fold it four times. Cut a small slice off of each short edge.
  • 2
Now accordion fold the tissue paper short edge to short edge. Make your folds about 1 inch wide.
  • 3
Cut each edge into a rounded shape. Take a chenille stem and fold it over the tissue paper so the ends meet.
  • 4
Now twist the stem to the end. Don’t twist tight around the tissue paper. Leave that loose.
  • 5
Now pull each layer of tissue paper towards the center on both sides. Be careful, it rips easily.
  • 6
These tissue paper flowers are so easy to make, anyone can make them!
