- Level:ages 6 + up
- Time:1 hour
1To make a tissue paper flower, take one piece of tissue and fold it four times. Cut a small slice off of each short edge.
2Now accordion fold the tissue paper short edge to short edge. Make your folds about 1 inch wide.
3Cut each edge into a rounded shape. Take a chenille stem and fold it over the tissue paper so the ends meet.
4Now twist the stem to the end. Dont twist tight around the tissue paper. Leave that loose.
5Now pull each layer of tissue paper towards the center on both sides. Be careful, it rips easily.
6These tissue paper flowers are so easy to make, anyone can make them!
