Nicole™ Crafts Daisy Birdhouse Chime

Using tape to create striping is a perfect beginner project for any age!

Project Details

  • Time:1-2 hours (plus drying time)

Project Instructions

  • 1
    Paint base of birdhouse Lavender. Paint remainder of birdhouse Purple Cow. Let dry.
  • 2
    Cover the following sections of birdhouse with crepe (or masking) tape: Both sides of front of birdhouse along with front, middle and back sections of roof.
  • 3
    Paint sections between taped areas Lavender. When paint is completely dry, slowly remove tape to reveal stripes.
  • 4
    Apply a coat of Mod Podge to entire birdhouse.
  • 5
    Glue Blue Jay to perch.
