Cut a piece of paddle wire that measures 2 yard and 1 foot. Starting 5" from one end, twist on one Emerald chenille stem to the wire. Hot glue before twisting to secure. Glue and twist an Emerald chenille stem every 8" to the end. You should have 5" left at the other end. These will be the stems to secure the deco mesh to the paddle wire. Starting at one end of paddle wire, leave about 6 inch of Metallic Lime deco mesh and gather. Secure at first chenille stem by twisting around deco mesh tightly.
Make a puff with deco mesh, gather again and twist next chenille stem around deco mesh tightly. Continue making puffs, gathering and twisting chenille stems around deco mesh until you reach the end. Cut the deco mesh, leaving about 6" of deco mesh. Repeat the last two steps with Metallic Red deco mesh, making the puffs go on every other side of Metallic Lime puffs.
Lay ribbon across puffs and twist chenille stems around ribbon as shown. Trim ends.
Add King Gold Iridescent glitter inside ball ornaments following instructions on Glitter-It bottle. When glue is dry, hot glue lids to ball ornaments and attach to garland between puffs by twisting chenille stems through loops at tops of ball ornaments. Trim chenille stems with wire cutters.
Make bows with Red ribbon. Glue bows at tops of ball ornaments to cover chenille stems.
