Print template out on White cardstock. Glue to back of block.
To create ghost, cut Styrofoam ball in half, making sure one half fits into block. Bend a 6 inch piece of stem wire into arms. Glue to back bottom of Styrofoam ball half, creating head and arms.
Cut Rigid Wrap into 1 inch wide by 10 inch long strips. Put warm water in pan. Dip strips one at a time and drape over head and arms. Continue until covered. Let dry. Trim as desired.
Once ghost is completely dry, brush with Iridescent Glitter glue; let dry.
Glue owls to ghost; make a ribbon bow and glue on ghost. Glue on rhinestone eyes. Poke a small hole for mouth. Paint inside Ebony Black.
Thread 5 inches of filament into needle. Insert needle through back of head and up through top of head. Leave 1 inch of filament at back of head and glue in place. Insert the filament at top of head through hole in cap of block. Glue filament to cap to hold ghost in place.
Glue moss to inside bottom of block. Insert ghost into block, replace cap and adjust filament to desired height.
Glue ribbon around block, moss to top of cap and bat to moss.
