Shark Mobile

Project Instructions

  • 1
Make Mobile's Frame: Cut three 24 inch pieces of Light Blue hemp. Take the embroidery hoop apart and use the inner hoop only (the piece without the screw). Tie the end of each Light Blue hemp piece onto the hoop equally spaced. Hold all three pieces together at the top so hoop hangs evenly. Tie all three pieces together to create hanger.

Add Sharks and Shells: If you haven't already done so, download and print project template. Cut out sharks. Cut one yard pieces of five different colors of cord. Glue each type of shark together back to back with the end of one piece of cord in between the two pieces of each type of shark. Tie the other ends of the cord to the embroidery hoop at varying heights. Hot glue shells onto the hoop as desired.
