Project Instructions

  • 1
Download and print the project template before starting. Tape the pieces of the template together where indicated.
  • 2
Lay all 8 pieces of Black felt on your work surface. Overlap the edges and then glue them together to make one big piece of felt. Use the template to cut two pieces from the large Black felt piece. Glue the cut pieces together along the outside edge, leaving the bottom open. Let the glue set for about 30 minutes.
  • 3
Turn the hat right side out. Cut patches from the Tangerine, Purple, and Neon Lime felt using the pinking shears. Glue the patches to the hat as desired and stuff the hat with the Poly-fil to keep the shape.
