Plaid FolkArt Mod Podge Frankenstein Topped Treat Bags

Project Instructions

    Cut cardstock to fit around bag, follow bag as guide line and make same folds. Use Mod Podge to apply cardstock to bags and let dry.

    Paint clothespins Licorice and let dry. Using the photo as a guide, paint monster heads Lime Green and shirt Wicker White. After they dry, paint the monster’s hair and vest with Coffee Bean and let dry. Then, add a face with Black marker.

    Fold top of bag and slide clothespin over fold.
