Plaid FolkArt Mod Podge Gobble Up Kids Turkey Decoration

1Project time does not include drying time for the paint.
2Paint the entire turkey and wood disc/circle with Autumn Leaves. Use two coats and allow to dry.
3Cut three leaf shapes from one type of cardstock and two leaf shapes from another type of cardstock. Coat both sides of the leaf shapes with Mod Podge, position on the wood turkey and topcoat with more Mod Podge. Use your fingers to press out any air bubbles. Smooth your brush strokes. Continue until all the leaves are attached.
4Cut an oval shape and a circle from cardstock to fit the wood disk. Attach the oval over the tips of the leaves and the circle to the wood disc/circle using Mod Podge.
5Hot glue the wood disc/circle to the center of the turkey. Cut a plume, snood and beak from cardstock and hot glue to the wood disc/circle. Add two button eyes.
6Hot glue leaves to the back of the turkey so they face forward.
